Ashoka University · Student Club · Est. 2026

Ashoka NextGen Leaders is an open student society for students who want to study enterprise succession with the seriousness it deserves: as a question of institutions, responsibility, and public value.

Why this exists

A club for students preparing to inherit responsibility, not just opportunity.

Family enterprise is not a side conversation in India. It shapes employment, governance, capital, community, and continuity. ANG gives Ashoka students a disciplined space to examine those questions before they become real decisions.

I

Community

Peer circles for serious conversations.

Students compare contexts, test assumptions, and build language for continuity.

II

Learning

Speakers, workshops, and cases.

Practical exposure to succession, governance, stewardship, and professionalisation.

III

Network

Alumni and enterprise voices.

A long-term bridge between Ashoka students and family enterprise leaders.

No success or achievement in material terms is worthwhile unless it serves the needs or interests of the country and its people, and is achieved by fair and honest means.
