Sets direction, speaks for ANG to the university, and is the primary liaison with the Student Life Office and the faculty advisors. Accountable for the club's appraisals and its conduct.

Owns the operating calendar: scheduling, venue and approval workflows with the Student Life Office, event logistics, and the records submitted at each appraisal cycle.

Responsible for intake, orientation, the mentorship programme, peer circles, and the active-membership register that determines voting rights and eligibility for office.

Owns how ANG presents itself: brand and social media, event promotion, member communications, inter-club and institutional partnerships, and sponsor conversations. Works with the Outreach Chapter Head, who convenes the sessions VP III helps fill.

Chief Financial Officer
Maintains the full financial ledger, ensures no expenditure occurs without prior written SLO approval, submits all receipts within ten working days, and presents accounts at each appraisal cycle.

Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Supports the Chief Financial Officer on ledger maintenance, reimbursement submissions, and the financial records presented at each appraisal cycle. Charter v2.0 does not establish this office, so it carries no independent financial authority: all expenditure approvals and submissions remain with the Chief Financial Officer and the President.
