Kick-off for pairing current students with Ashoka alumni in family enterprises.
November Week 1
Founder to Family Panel
Two to three panellists tracing the transition from founder-led to institutionalised enterprise across generations of a single business.
November Week 2
Jashn-e-Jazba
Mandatory participation. Club members showcase a creative expression of the club's theme and identity.
November Week 2
Inter-Club Collaboration
Joint event with a registered Ashoka club on a shared theme. Satisfies the per-appraisal-cycle collaboration requirement.

Speaker Series: Session 2
A professional manager (non-family) who has led or advised a major Indian family business.
December Week 1
State of Family Business in India
Data-driven session on sector trends, governance developments, and generational transitions. External sources plus a member-led presentation.
December Week 2
Mentor Check-In & Mid-Year Reflection
Mentorship pairs reconvene for a structured mid-year review. General body reflection on Semester 1 programming.
December Week 2
NextGen Dialogue 2
Year-end intimate dialogue session. Slightly longer, alumni-facing format.

Immersion has no sessions on the year-one calendar yet. The slots below are proposals, listed so the gap is visible: neither is confirmed, and neither counts towards the fifteen.

Enterprise visit 1
A day visit to a family enterprise within travelling distance of campus, with a briefing beforehand and a debrief afterwards.

Enterprise visit 2
A second visit, or a longer multi-day trek, depending on what the Student Life Office and the club's finances allow.
If they view it as an institution they are building to strengthen the country, they will have passion, enthusiasm and energy to be the parent of their enterprise.
