Cycle one
Five sessions, September to December.
Speakers are confirmed ahead of each session. All events are subject to prior approval by the Student Life Office and faculty advisor.
September Week 4
Speaker Series: Session 1
Fireside conversation with a founder or successor from an Indian family enterprise.
October Week 1
NextGen Dialogue 1
Small-group conversation with a second- or third-generation business leader.
November Week 1
Founder to Family Panel
Two to three panellists tracing the transition from founder-led to institutionalised enterprise across generations of a single business.
November Week 4
Speaker Series: Session 2
A professional manager (non-family) who has led or advised a major Indian family business.
December Week 2
NextGen Dialogue 2
Year-end intimate dialogue session. Slightly longer, alumni-facing format.
Member-led
Invite someone yourself.
If there is a founder, successor, or advisor you want in the room, take it to the Outreach Chapter Head. They review it for fit and feasibility, and then you convene the session, with the club handling coordination, logistics, and approvals.
