Membership, mentorship, peer culture
The internal life of the club: intake and onboarding, peer learning circles, the mentorship programme, and the mid-year reflection sessions.

Speakers, alumni, external voices
Everything that connects ANG outward: the speaker series, the NextGen Dialogues, the alumni network, inter-club collaborations, and the relationships that keep external voices coming back.

Off-campus visits and field study
Immersion takes members off campus, to factories, headquarters, and family offices. Each visit comes with a briefing beforehand and a debrief afterwards, so it is a session rather than a tour.

The calendar and the set-piece events
The club's set-piece events and the work behind them: the launch, Jashn-e-Jazba, quarterly townhalls, the Annual Programming Forum, venue and approval workflows, and the records submitted at each appraisal cycle. Conferences handles the logistics so the other three chapters do not have to.
