Before you begin

We follow a behavioural-first approach. We want to understand how you think, your curiosity, and what you could bring to the club rather than judge you solely on an application form.

Pick the chapter whose day-to-day focus excites you most. When you select a chapter below, the form adapts automatically with questions crafted by that chapter's team.

Your answers are stored locally in this browser while typing, but we still suggest drafting longer answers in a separate document. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for interviews held on a rolling basis following submission.

I Community Membership, mentorship and peer culture The internal life of the club: intake and onboarding, peer learning circles, the mentorship programme, internal culture, and mid-year reflections. Best for: Students who want to build the culture of the room, not only attend it. II Outreach Speakers, alumni, sponsorships & partnerships Everything that connects ANG outward: the speaker series, NextGen Dialogues, alumni relations, institutional collaborations, and corporate sponsorships. Best for: Students who enjoy convening people and building institutional relationships. III Immersion Off-campus visits and field study Educational site visits and industry immersions — factories, headquarters, and family offices — along with host relationships, briefings, and debriefs. Best for: Students who learn best by going and seeing. IV Conferences The calendar, flagship events and logistics The club's set-piece events and the machinery behind them: the club launch, Jashn-e-Jazba, quarterly townhalls, the Annual Programming Forum, budgeting, and approvals. Best for: Students who want to run things well and care about how they are run.
